First Legal Assistant – Trial Team
Ana Garrett joined the Law Office of Robert Kerr in August of 2022. Currently, she serves as the First Legal Assistant to Lyon & Kerr’s Trial Team, where she works closely with attorneys to support litigation preparation, case management, and client coordination. In this role, she assists with organizing case materials, preparing matters for trial, and ensuring the team’s workflow operates efficiently as cases progress toward litigation, as well as being the firm’s Spanish interpreter to help better serve the Hispanic community. With extensive knowledge of the firm’s internal processes, Ana also helps coordinate administrative tasks across the trial team and supports internal training and workflow systems.
Ana is originally from Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2021 with her Bachelor of Arts in Government with an emphasis in Legal Studies.
Ana moved to Chicago in 2022 with plans to go to law school and become a Criminal Defense Attorney.
